Food Photography

For this assignment, I decided to take pictures of an apple lightbox. some of them didn't turn out as well as I thought, so these are my best. I think I should've chosen a subject that was less reflective, as you can see the sides of the lightbox reflected off of the apple's skin in some pictures. I didn't have time for post-editing either. Some of them turned out a little too dark, except for the bottom two, because I used flash with those.

Studio Light Box Photos

These pictures are my favorite because they looked the best. I only edited one, but I should have edited the two at the top also, because you can see the lines of the overlapping papers. I also should have used a light on the top, but I couldn't find another one, so I just did lights for the sides. The light-box was fun to make, and I had fun taking the pictures too.

Creepy Shadows

I think these are the best ones I took because they are the clearest. And, of course, the creepiest. I loved taking the third one, with the shadow of the camera and tripod. I'll be perfectly honest, i wasn't really thinking about 'evoking feelings' when I was taking these pictures, I was mostly thinking about what my grade would be like if I didn't get these pictures taken and turned in. But now that I review them, they do evoke some feelings.
